Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the oklv platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. oklv reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be terminated at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential.
- Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to the support team immediately.
User Responsibilities
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. oklv reserves the right to close accounts belonging to minors.
- Users must refrain from using any fraudulent or unlawful methods when engaging with any platform activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or exploiting system security vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
- Oklv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account for any violation of platform rules and Terms.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All transactions on the oklv platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer.
Deposit Policy
When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions made through third-party accounts are not permitted. If a third-party transaction is confirmed, the associated balance may be forfeited.
Withdrawal Policy
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. oklv reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold if specific conditions are not met. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as displayed on the platform. If money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected, the transaction may be suspended or reported to the relevant authorities for investigation.
Platform Usage Rules & Restrictions
Oklv is an entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and Lottery services. The following rules must be strictly followed to ensure smooth platform operation:
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
- Participating in betting and gaming through your own account in a lawful manner.
- Conducting transactions in accordance with the provided guidelines and rules.

- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or defraud other users.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Oklv is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, unexpected disruptions, or third-party failures on the platform. Users bear sole responsibility for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or device problems.
Third Parties & Governing Law
The oklv platform may occasionally reference third-party links or services. oklv is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any such external sites or services.
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts or arbitration process in Bangladesh.
Account Suspension, Closure & Terms Modification Policy
Grounds for Account Suspension & Closure
Oklv reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a user's account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Creating an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
- Evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with no activity beyond the specified timeframe.
Changes to Terms
Oklv may amend these Terms, in part or in full, at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are advised to check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after new Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those Terms.
